Application scope:

It is mainly used for sand factory, electric pole factory, work-site of building and concrete dam to wash, classifying and de-watering various sands.

Working Principle of Spiral Sand Washer:The motor and reducer drive the impeller to slowly rotate. Materials enter the machine through the feeder trough, and are separated from the soil and impurities covered on the sand surface due to the function of propulsion, mixing and water flow. The clean fine sand is poured into the discharge chute under the propulsion of spiral, and the soil and impurities are discharged from the overflow port under the effect of water flow.

Spiral sand washer De-watering: The sand with bigger density is sunken down to tub bottom, the screw blade push this sand upwards, when passing through upper tub of proper length above water level, the water is draining into sediment pool from another drainage ditch, the de-watered sand is out from the discharging opening.
